End User Support
As part of our service guarantee we provide a toll free number that is prominently displayed on the Payment Center screens. Should the end users have any questions as they are submitting their payment, our UniPay Support Team will field their calls as first-line support. This alleviates any concern your customers may have regarding additional work due to the new technology. For their customers’ convenience we also provide an email address that is managed by the UniPay Support Team.
